Q & A - Zoom Session
Frequency: Two sessions per month.
Service Description
The Baby Q&A Group Session is an interactive and supportive online workshop designed for parents who would like expert guidance while connecting with other families experiencing similar stages of parenthood. These live Zoom sessions provide an opportunity to ask questions about newborn and infant care in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Topics can include feeding, sleep, settling techniques, developmental milestones, routines, behaviour, weaning, and general parenting concerns. Each session is shaped by the needs and questions of the group, ensuring relevant and practical support for all participants. Drawing on my extensive experience as an OCN Maternity Nurse Level 4 practitioner, I offer evidence-based advice aligned with current NHS recommendations, helping parents feel more confident and informed in their parenting journey. In addition to professional guidance, the group setting encourages shared learning, discussion, and mutual support among parents. Held twice each month, these sessions provide ongoing support and a valuable opportunity for parents to gain knowledge, build confidence, and connect with a welcoming community of families. Whether you are a first-time parent seeking reassurance or an experienced parent looking for practical advice, these sessions provide a valuable opportunity to gain knowledge, build confidence, and connect with a supportive community. Suitable for: Expectant parents, new parents, and families with babies up to 12 months of age. Format: Live group Zoom session with open discussion, expert guidance, and opportunities for questions and shared experiences.
